Recycling & Refurbishment


 
 Mobile Masters Limited has developed its own mobile phone recycling program. If you have a broken phone, or an old phone lying about in a draw, then contact us as we may be able to take it off your hands so that it can be recycled. We will also send you £5.00 to cover postage and packaging costs of sending the handset to us. When contacting us, where possible, be as detailed as possible about the fault on the phone, the make and model of the handset, and what accessories (if any) are included. e.g.: battery, charger, hands free headset etc.

Along with our mobile phone repairs and recycling program, we offer a range of "refurbished" mobile phones. Many of these phones have been brought in from factories that have had the stock returned, or donated by users for recycling. Each phone has gone through a vigorous testing procedure, has had a new battery & fascia fitted and is supplied with a brand new charger. Each of the refurbished phones we sell come with a 28 day guarantee. During this time, should a fault occur which isn't caused by the user, the phone should be returned to us along with a copy of the invoice supplied and a returns form as soon as possible.
